"THESE are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated. [Illegitimate Government], with an army to enforce her tyranny, has declared that she has a right... to 'BIND us in ALL CASES WHATSOEVER' and if being bound in that manner, is not slavery, then is there not such a thing as slavery upon earth. Even the expression is impious; for so unlimited a power can belong only to God"

The United Stats has been conquered -- conquered by an enemy that has brought about its corruption from the inside. Any student of history knows that our modern-day quasi-socialist government has very little in common with the Constitution and original vision of our Nation's forefathers who shed their blood so we can be free. And while we go by the same name of These United States, and we use a similar flag, and outwardly we use the same structure of government which in theory is comprised of the same threefold division of powers, these similarities have been left in place in order to fool the gullible and naive. For Thomas Jefferson, the good friend of Thomas Paine wrote in warning to us: "You seem to think that the Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of constitutional interpretation, a very dangerous doctrine indeed and one that would place us under the tyranny of an oligarchy."

Realizing that the Constitutional fabric of our Nation could not be diminished through the ballot box and the legislative branch of government, the enemies of our freedom and liberty employed judicial activist judges to usurp the Constitution by judicial fiat -- which is when the judicial branch of government oversteps its Constitutional limits, and makes law instead of interpreting law. This reign of non-elected judicial appointees who began to dictate and run the country began in the year 1938, which marked the end of the war between Franklin Roosevelt and the High Court -- a struggle that featured among other things the President’s proposal to stack the Court with jurists congenial to the constitutional assertions of the New Deal. The court-packing scheme ran into a political firestorm and failed to pass, but the Court was nevertheless chastened. Retirements, deaths, judicial recantations, and new appointments eventually gave Roosevelt what he wanted -- an activist court that would alter the Constitution without the required process of Amendment or legislative actions.

The primary target of the court was first a separation of the belief and acknowledgement of God in public affairs, which eventually and incrementally would manifest as the almost total banishment of God from the public arena. To the left leaning intellectuals who dominated our colleges, universities, Hollywood and were quickly gaining control of every other position of power, God was not only dead, but the product of superstition that should be relegated to our Nation's past. The first areas of the country to fall was the liberal north east corridor, and then California and the west. Marxism, Darwinism, and the more modern tenets of Social-Democracy, all became the goal of college professors who sought to destroy the Constitutional fabric of our nation from within! The communists knew that to destroy America, you had to first undermine both its moral foundation and the belief in God. So under the guise of equality and protecting the rights of minorities, college professors and the system of judicial activists sought to homogenize that thinking of the American People, and spiritually disenfranchise them from the essence of their Constitution and the UnAlienable Rights that were declared to be God-Given.

Nero Fiddles While Rome Burns

Why is this man smiling? He is New York Senator Chuck Schumer -- and he has so organized the Democratic Party so that President Bush is unable to appoint judges who adhere to Constitutional principles to the Federal Appellate Bench. Yet, to those who understand the Laws of Nature and Nature's God (see Our Diest ForeFathers), this man and his friends may bring about the end of these United States as the People envision them. If what I have wrtten is true, and this Nation was intended to be a Light to the world that is presently moving towards it's own destruction because of the abridgment of the Laws that brought it about (see Judge Roy Moore), then Sen. Schumer represents another aspect of these Laws. While it is true that this Nation was not Christian (see Not Christian Nation), it is also true that Christianity was an important element to the equation that would by used to move these sacred concepts of Natural Unalienable God-Given Rights across the spectrum of the world. Yet today, Sen. Schumer is working in concert with the other Democratic Senators to obstruct the appointment of any judge of moral and spiritual conscience to the Federal Bench. What this means is that America has violated its Founding Constitutional Covenant, and is not longer a place where religious freedom can flourish. Having lost its uniqueness, of what use is it to the Higher Order which has protected it from all harm? Thus, this warning of Yeshua/Jesus becomes applicable: "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men" (Matt 5:13 NKJ). So if it is true that a man or woman of genuine religious/spiritual values can no longer be appointed to the Federal Bench, and we as a people have permitted our Constitution to be rendered null and void by the likes of Chuck Schumer, then by Law we can expect "...to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men" .

People Don't Want To Know The Truth: Amusingly, when asked to define a conservative, in many instances it has been said that a conservative is a liberal who got mugged. What is suggested by this rather witty portrayal is the reality that many people attempt to view life through the filter of how they believe the world should be -- they attempt to re-create the world in the image of their philosophical opinions -- and it is not until they are awakened by the confrontation of life’s stark reality breathing in their face in a threatening and intimidating manner, that they are willing to open their eyes to the real world around them. Perhaps one of the finest examples of a liberal who got mugged and, with eyes opened to a reality beyond their philosophical perception, is the modern cause fighter David Horowitz -- i.e., the one time liberal activist who is presently a co-editor of the very conservative FrontPage magazine. Like David Horowitz, on September 11^th, 2001, the left leaning New York City and the very liberal United States was brought into the presence of world reality, and was mugged by Islamic terrorists who believed they were doing good by striking a blow against the Great Satan.

Predictively, the indignant response of the American people was immediately seen in their overwhelming outcry: We are the good guys! We stand for freedom, justice and the American Way! In analysis they reasoned that, unlike the terrorists who have attacked us, we are the good guys -- our people possess the freedom to choose whatever manner of life best suites them. The problem is that, from a biblical perspective, many Christians had to admit that the Bible very clearly teaches that God not only knows of all future events -- but, being the Supreme Ruler of Creation, has the power to protect the Nation which many believe to be “under God” from atrocities such as this barbaric attack on innocent men, women and children. From a religious point of view, this was troubling to many people.

If, as the Fundamentalist Christian believes, the Bible is the true word of God -- and, as many have believed, the Hand of God has always protected our Nation in the past -- then why did God permit this unprovoked carnage to occur? If we are the good guys, and these Islamic terrorist who claim to be carrying out the will of God are the bad guys, then why did God permit them to prevail in their attack upon the American people? It is said that the mark of intelligence is the ability to hold two paradoxical thoughts in the mind simultaneously -- and while I am in agreement with this statement, I would have to add that a true spiritually enlightened man is able to hold twelve paradoxical thoughts in the mind simultaneously. My definition of a paradox is the reality of two opposite and conflicting truths that are each equally true, and can only be harmonized by Higher than normal human reality. Most people are ignorant of the great meaning of life -- or the workings of the Laws of Nature and Nature's God -- because they cling to one element of truth in a paradox while rejecting the truth in it's opposite. In the paradox of life, what few people are able to contemplate is that the lines which separate truth from error -- good and bad -- right and wrong -- are not always as clear as we would like them to be. And perhaps the answer to the dilemma can be found in the statement that each of these positions are fundamentally true -- i.e., while the United States does possess the perception of freedom from a world perspective -- and while those who attack us are terrorists who have hijacked a religion and used it as a means to inflict evil in their very limited and narrow understanding of the nature of scripture -- neither are our attackers necessarily wrong in their allegation that in many important ways, we are the Great Satan which the Koran warns the Islamic people to reject and not to embrace the ways of.

Very soon after the September 11^th incident there arose many voices who either attempted to explain the tragic events of that day from their own particular perspective or vantage point. Immediately, gun sales skyrocketed as first time gun owners -- many of whom in the past opposed the Second Amendment -- realized that in many instances government is powerless to protect the people. This alarmed those who are against personal gun ownership, and immediately the cry went out that we need to close the gun show loophole. The sale of generators, gas masks, assault rifles and ammunition went through the roof as the shelves of stores were emptied. Prozac, valium and sleeping pills were prescribed for those who became anxious with the threat of continued terrorist activity. What was clear was that, having been mugged by ruthless terrorists who acted in the name of God, the Nation might never again be the same.

Among the more prominent voices which arose were those of the Rev. Jerry Falwell and former president William Jefferson Clinton. In many ways Bill Clinton and Jerry Falwell represent more than just men -- they can in fact be seen as icons for our time. Each represents the thinking of a very large segment of our populace -- each is looked to as an authority -- each views the world from totally opposite sides of the coin -- and each perceives the world through a very incomplete, limited and hazily filtered vision of reality. Like a paradox, each of these men's visions possess an aspect of truth, and each oppose the truth of the other. Thus, if we can begin to understand the nature of their limitations, we can then begin to overcome these same limitations within ourselves. And perhaps more importantly is the fact that if we begin to see these limitations at work in the Laws, we can perhaps divert our own Nations pending doom.

What the left leaning liberal Bill Clinton, and the right leaning Jerry Falwell each predicted, was that because of sin and misdeeds, the United States had angered God -- and as a nation of people, both have suggested that the September 11^th attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon was the result of debts that were owed by the American people. While Bill Clinton in his speech at Georgetown University did not out right attribute the devastation at the hands of Islamic terrorists directly to the Will of God, as did Jerry Falwell, there can be no other reasonable explanation for Bill Clinton's words.

Interestingly, when Jerry Falwell announced that the cause of the World Trade Center disaster was due to God’s anger over the immorality and ungodliness that has overcome the Nation as it continues its downward spiral into the decadence of Sodom and Gomorrah, the liberal leaning media was aghast that he would make such a statement. People were appalled that Jerry Falwell could even suggest that God had brought judgment upon the American people in the manner of the biblical portrayal of Sodom and Gomorrah. Why would God inflict punishment upon innocent men, women and children? After all, we are the good guys, aren’t we? From our perspective, while we represent freedom and prosperity, it is easily demonstrated that the terrorists who attacked innocent men women and children are not only religious extremists, but we conclude that they are mean and evil tyrants who deny people their fundamental liberty and justice. Yet, in contrast, very little protest was raised by the left leaning media when Bill Clinton warned that we were suffering the consequences of a nation that was both founded upon slavery -- disposed and killed native Americans in order to get their land -- and have not done all we can to embrace Muslims both in the United States and around the world. Regardless of the fact that we don’t like the message that both men have expressed for very different reasons, it is dangerous for us not to realize that there is an element of truth to what each is saying.

Over the course of the days following Jerry Falwell’s assertion that God had inflicted retribution against the United States because of the ACLU, pro-abortion, feminists and homosexuals who have undermined the moral fabric of our Nation, Rev. Falwell was portrayed as an extremist who was himself philosophically akin to the mindset of the Taliban. Yet, that we fail to comprehend the element of truth in the words of both Falwell and Clinton, is based largely on our inability to understand both the meaning and the Laws which govern all of life in this world. Moreover, that neither Falwell nor Clinton are able to defend or explain their positions which are clearly defined and attested to throughout the Bible, is merely an example of their own inadequate perception and understanding of both their respective philosophies, as well as Life itself. It is a fact that our Nations Forefathers who comprehended the Laws of Nature and Nature's God would be able to intricately explain what neither Jerry Falwell or Bill Clinton prophetically spoke about!

In the first place, those who were outraged by the positions of both Falwell and Clinton are correct in their assertion that God does not punish innocent men, women and children. Yet, in view of the fact that the Bible clearly affirms that God not only had foreknowledge of the September 11^th attack, but took no action to protect the innocent from harms way, in accordance with the laws of our Nation, God could in fact be viewed as a co-conspirator. Thus, this brings to light one of the great tragedies that have befallen the American people -- i.e., the wholesale destruction of innocent lives because of our rejection of the Knowledge of the meaning, purpose, and the Laws which control all of life as we know it.

This rejection is seen on the very lips of the Rev. Jerry Falwell in his total inability to explain biblical truths -- truths, which he, himself, expounds and preaches! In fact, Rev. Falwell’s allegation that God permitted the September 11^th tragedy to occur because of the ACLU, the pro-abortion activists, the feminists and the homosexuals, is merely an example of his own inability to explain the more important enigma as to why God permits bad things to happen to seemingly innocent and good people (see Why Bad Things Happen To Good People). All things happen for a reason -- and when the reasons are understood, we are able to direct our future in a positive manner. And while both Jerry Falwell and Bill Clinton acted as prophets into the cause of the September 11^th tragedy, neither of them is able to comprehend the true cause. In fact, we must ultimately view the Rev. Falwell’s very shallow explanation as little more than a feeble attempt to explain a troubling condition that is beyond his own ability to comprehend -- a troubling reality that Christians have long agonized over with respect to their inability to answer in a reasonable and rational manner. Moreover, the problem is seen in the fact that while the Rev. Falwell is not entirely wrong in his allegation, neither is Bill Clinton or Osama bin Laden! What makes the problem complicated from the perspective of the average person is the fact that each of these three people -- i.e., Jerry Falwell, Bill Clinton and Osama bin Laden -- possess an element of truth -- and while each is also equally wrong, each is personally guilty with respect to their inability to explain their little morsel of truth, and make it meaningful to a people who are so starving for truth, that it can be said they are perishing because of a truth famine!

On the surface Bill Clinton’s statement to the students at Georgetown University that it is impossible for man to know the truth would appear to be correct -- but once again this statement must be viewed as a falsity that possess a grain of truth! What does this mean? In order to clarify Bill Clinton’s statement so as to present it from a more enlightened perspective, it would be correct to assert that God permits men who reject truth to dwell in the darkness of their own understanding. Moreover, this rejection of truth must be further understood as being paramount in either the way a person lives, in the manner that they think, and in the way they believe. Going still one step further we can attribute Jerry Falwell’s inability to explain what happened on September 11^th to the error of his beliefs -- Bill Clinton is a prime candidate to be used as an example of how one lives -- and Osama bin Laden we can portray as one who had embraced a defect in their thinking. Keeping in mind my statement that while the assertion of each does possess a germ of truth, the inadequacy of each is demonstrated in their inability to grasp the larger picture that God has set before us. Lastly, each of these three men share a common legacy in the fact that they are icons and voices for a large body of people who have themselves not only rejected the Truth -- but more factually, do not even want to know the Truth.

While many will immediately oppose the foregoing statement and position -- angry and aghast at the idea that I could possibly make the allegation that they do not want to even hear or know the truth -- let me prove my point in the assertion that we can only begin to comprehend how Jerry Falwell, Bill Clinton, and Osama bin Laden all could be speaking at least an element of truth, when we also begin to accept the truth that God would not permit good and innocent people to be victims of a terrorist attack because of the sin of either other people as Rev. Falwell asserts -- those who have lived in the past, as Bill Clinton asserts -- or because the United States is the Great Satan and Islam (the religion of baby killers) is the messenger of truth to the world, as Osama bin Laden asserts.

No doubt if God was moved by the same thinking as Jerry Falwell, He would have caused the planes to hit a more meaningful target such as the New York City Headquarters of the ACLU. If God was moved by the same thinking as Osama bin Laden, He never would have permitted the United States to literally bomb him and the Taliban into oblivion. And if God was of the same mindset as Bill Clinton, He would have perhaps orchestrated the plane to fall on a convention of Republicans or some other meaningful target of black and native American oppression. Moreover, in view of the fact that the very plane which was headed for the (Republican controlled) White House was not permitted to continue onto its intended destination, and instead crashed, the case can easily be made that perhaps Bill Clinton was rather shortsighted in his portrayal of the cause of what transpired. With respect to the protective Hand of God: It might be interesting to point out that the current occupant of the White House, a president who prays and asks God's guidance, is very unlike the presidency of Bill Clinton.

That people do not want to know truth, and will reject the knowledge of life when it is offered to them, is easily demonstrated by still another similar instance when the key to understanding the dilemma of life was presented to them. Why does God permit bad things to happen to seemingly good people? In much the sameSeptember 11^th tragedy manner that the Americans became outraged when Jerry Falwell affirmed the biblical doctrine that all evil in the world is the result of sin, many of the mainstream Reform and Conservative Jews were angered when Rabbi Ovadia Yosefan, the former chief rabbi of Israel, a religious scholar who is also the spiritual leader of the Shas party, recently made the statement that no innocent Jews died in the Holocaust. What Rabbi Yosefan said was that the 6 million Holocaust victims "were reincarnations of the souls of sinners, people who transgressed and did all sorts of things that should not be done.” Rabbi Yosefan explained that these souls who had previously lived lives of sin, “…had been reincarnated in order to atone” for their own misdeeds in a previous life.

Immediately, all sectors of the population -- from then Prime Minister Barak, to the Holocaust survivors -- condemned the rabbi's remarks. In a communiqué issued from his office, Barak stated: “His words are liable to harm the memory of those who perished in the Holocaust and are liable to hurt the feelings of their families and the feelings of the entire nation.” Thus we must ask the question: Putting feelings aside, what is the ramifications with respect to our vision of life if Rabbi Yosefan is correct in his assessment of the Holocaust victims?

Legislator Yosef (Tommy) Lapid, who was himself a Holocaust survivor who heads the secularist Shinui party, condemned Rabbi Yosef’s statements and said he was “… in effect confirming what Hitler said, that the Jews are sinners.” While the case can easily be made that both Hitler and Osama bin Laden were evil men -- and even satanic -- what if the allegations of each did possess an element of truth that each of us should consider before we automatically agree with the condemnations raised by our politically correct media?

As could be expected, Holocaust organizations and the two main Israeli radio stations reported that they were inundated with phone calls and fax messages, most of them criticizing Yosef's statement. The Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial Museum labeled Yosef's remarks “miserable”, and said they “seriously harm the memory of the victims.” In a released statement the museum said: “With all due respect to such a leader, it's hard to understand where Rabbi Yosef gets the courage to explain the intentions and ways of the Supreme Authority.” Attempting to clarify his words in the following week to a populace that not only did not comprehend, but had little desire to understand one of the foremost and paramount teachings of not only both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, but also the Koran, Rabbi Yosef cited a 16th century Jewish mystic, Isaac Luria, who wrote: “If the soul was not purified entirely the first time, and it left this world, that soul must come back in a reincarnation, even a few times, until it is entirely purified.”

What Rabbi Yosef stated was that all those Jews who died at the hands of Hitler, were merely reaping their own debts they had themselves committed in a previous life! What the Rabbi suggested was even though we may appear to be the innocent victim in this present life, this was not always the case -- and each of us inherits both the good and the evil that we have personally and collectively engendered in the previous existences our soul has lived prior to our being born into the present life we are now living -- as so clearly stated in the words of the Church Father Origen when he wrote: “Every soul... comes into this world strengthened by the victories or weakened by the defeats of its previous life” (Origen, De Principiis).

While the people became outraged over the words of Rabbi Yosef with respect to his assertion that the Jews who died at the hands of Hitler were souls who had entered that life in order to atone for sins committed in a previous life -- and the Jews who were outraged quickly came to the defense of their fellow Jews who tragically died as victims of the holocaust -- in their condemnation of this very clearly defined biblical doctrine, these outraged Jews may very well have defended souls who committed these sins in lives when they were not even Jews. If they had studied the writings of their own Jewish mystics such as Isaac Luria, they would have also encountered the teaching that each of us not only must atone for our debts and sins against our fellow man, but we actually become what we ourselves have judged and condemned. What this means is that the present-day conflict between the Jews and the Palestinians will not only continue into future lives, but that those souls who are presently Jews many find themselves Palestinians in the future, and those who are now Palestinians will in like manner be born into lives as Jews.

Where does such ideas as this originate from? In the case of Rabbi Isaac Luria (1534-1572), he was renowned as the greatest of the Jewish sages, and was often referred to as “the godly”. It was said that at times, Elijah revealed himself to Isaac Luria in order to teach him the wisdom of the scriptures, and that every night his soul ascended to heaven, escorted by angels asking which heavenly academy he chose to visit. Isaac Luria was no ordinary Jew -- having been born in Jerusalem, and by the time he was eight, he was recognized as a wonder child -- i.e., a prodigy who already outshone the greatest of Jewish minds of Jerusalem. It is said that he reached the highest levels of holiness and became enlightened to the Mysteries of God after spending fifteen years in a state of prayer and meditation -- returning home only just before dark in order to observe the Sabbath with his family. When modern Jews, therefore, became outraged over the statement of Rabbi Yosef, what they did was turn against the very core and essence of Jewish thought and teachings.

Thus, the common message that Jerry Falwell, Bill Clinton and the Rabbi Yosef all proclaimed, was the great biblically defined truth that what goes around comes around: “Even as I have seen, those who plow iniquity and sow trouble reap the same” (Job 4:8 NKJ); “Therefore they shall eat the fruit of their own way, and be filled to the full with their own fancies” (Prov 1:31 NKJ); “But you have planted wickedness, you have reaped evil, you have eaten the fruit of deception” (Hosea 10:13 NIV); “God will give to each person according to what he has done” (Rom 2:6 NIV); “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life” (Gal 6:7-8 NIV); “If anyone has an ear, let him hear. He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints” (Rev 13:9-10 NKJ); “Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made man” (Gen 9:6 NIV); “His disciples asked him [Jesus], Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” (Jn 9:2 NIV).

Our Constitutional forefathers who understood the Laws of Nature and Nature's God, would have warned us about Chuck Schumer -- i.e., a man who represents another aspect of Law that could bring disastrous results to our Nation. Why? Because Chuck Schumer has so violated our Constitutional foundation and principles, that a man or woman of religious conscious can no longer be appointed to the Federal Bench. Sen. Schumer wants activist judges who embrace the Living Constitution philosophy of the socialists, where the Constitution means anything that the judiciary declares -- eroding the Bill of Rights and altering the course of our Nation through judicial fiat. Chuck Schumer wants to continue the holocaust of the unborn, disarm the American people so they become subjects to the sovereign power of the state, and insure that God is permanently removed from the thinking and conscience of the American People. And Chuck Schumer is working in concert with Sen. Edward Kennedy -- a man who has long ago abandoned any semblance of morality and definable virtue. A man, who along with the rest of the Democratic presidential hopefuls, has relentlessly attacked President Bush -- a man who constantly prays and asks the Hand of God to come upon him and guide his direction. Thus, it can be demonstrated that the American People have been given choices that will greatly orchestrate their future -- i.e., will they vote for the President to prays and is ever mindful of man's higher spiritual order; or will they vote for the party of Chuck Schumer and Edward Kennedy who are men in opposition to our Constitutional Foundation?

While Sen. Kennedy and the rest of the Democrats attempt to portray the invasion of Iraq and the Middle East as the folly of President Bush who is attempting to make war as a Republican political tactic, if these men who are supposed to be leaders and men of wisdom possessed any degree of insight into the workings of the Laws whatsoever, they would immediately see many other dimensions of the controversy -- a dimension that they are an integral part of. First we must ask the question: How long will the Laws of Nature and Nature's God permit men who claim to be of God, to kill innocent children in the Name of God? How long will these same Laws permit these counterfeit leaders to deny men and women their UnAlienable God-Given Rights -- and carry out their demonic atrocities in the Name of God? Prior to the September 11^th tragedy, the Democrats under Bill Clinton had the opportunity to negotiate with these terrorists, and bring about a peaceful solution. In like manner, the United Nations had the opportunity to use their diplomacy to bring about the mass slaughter of those in Iraq who opposed Saddam Hussein. And while they accomplished virtually nothing, these terrorists continued to slaughter innocent children in the Name of God -- thereby invoking the Laws. Laws, that if the Muslim people understood, they would quickly repent from their evil ways. After all, if Allah was on their side, there would have been no army on earth that could have defeated first the Taliban, and then Iraq. That the Laws of God use men and nations to bring about change and even retribution, is well documented above. That President Bush who prays for guidance, and the United States was the only force on earth that could be used to make the Islamic people cognizant of their misguided ways, is also a fact. That people such as Sen. Kennedy and the other Democratic presidential hopefuls have themselves invoked Laws that could cause many more Americans to suffer the consequences, many very well be determined at the ballot box in the future election.

In the same way that the Taliban who championed the terrorist destruction of young children in the Name of God was quickly brought to an end, so too will these same Laws turn upon the people of the United States who presently exist in the crosshairs. As a people, we not only kill and murder more children in the name of a woman's right to choose, but we further imbue our children with un-Godliness in our public schools, and continue to destroy the family environment through cultural indoctrination. So, as demonstrated above, it was the Hand of God by virtue of the Laws that raised up President Bush and the American Military to send the Muslims a message about killing children in the Name of God, it is these same Laws that will turn on the United States because of the people's own holocaust of the unborn, the initiation of lives of depravity of young children through our public school system, the removal of God from the public square, and the obstruction of judges who are more in harmony with original Constitutional thought.

In response to the abandonment of all standards of morality -- the attempt to banish God from the arena of the public square -- the holocaust of the unborn -- the attempt to force all children into public schools which alienate the child from God and imbue them with every possible form of depravity and excess -- the Old South has basically embraced the Republican Party as the only possible solution to the party of immorality. Thus, it is this area of the country that has become the last intact segment of original Constitutional thought where the battle of freedom and liberty is presently being fought -- i.e., in the South! Still possessing a moral fiber, the people in this region of the country have come to realize that when they vote Democratic in local elections, they are empowering the likes of Sen. Schumer and Sen. Kennedy who has long ago abandoned any semblance of morality and definable virtue. A vote for a local southern democratic congressman, equates to a vote for socialist Nancy Pelosi, the champion of homosexual rights Barney Frank, and many others who champion a society without definable spiritual or moral standards. It is these and many others like them who see the South as the final battleground in the war to convert America into a European-socialist anti-God nation. It was Hillary Clinton who told the French that America has much to learn from them. Just one week after Bill Clinton was elected, on November 11, 1992 the president of the National Center on Education and the Economy (Marc Tucker) wrote a letter to Hillary Clinton. In it, Mr. Tucker revealed the plan that he and a powerful elite group including David Rockefeller, Jr., John Scully, David Hornbeck, Lauren Resnick, Ira Magaziner and other "insiders" have been promoting through their contacts with our government. In his letter Mr. Tucker advises Hillary Clinton: "We think the great opportunity you have is to remold the entire American system for human resources development, almost all of the current components of which were put in place before World War II."

The Democrats are not stupid -- i.e., they know that the American People will not give up their Constitutional form of government -- unless it is taken away by wolves in sheep's clothing: "The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism, but under the name of liberalism they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without ever knowing how it happened." --Norman Thomas, six-time Socialist Party presidential candidate and one of the founders of the ACLU. And true to their founding principles, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is in the process of removing every aspect of God and religion from the public square. Will the last segment of morality force the rest of the Nation to consider the consequences of deviating from our Constitutional and American heritage? In addition to voting Republican to give President Bush the necessary 60 senators to overcome the filibuster of judicial appointments, the People have the power to inaugurate a Constitutional Amendment to override the past misguided actions of the Supreme Court. They can begin by restoring States Rights and hold the Federal Government to its original jurisdiction of interstate commerce and the defense of the Nation (see Corruption Of Constitution). They can then ensure that religious communities are able to thrive and develop by embracing the first principles of the Constitution and permitting the absolute right of association (see Pattern Of Mind). They can then put the Nation back on it's original path by insuring the freedom of all peoples. The liberals have a right to exist in their own communities -- so too do those who embrace lives of degeneracy and self-destruction. It is the job of the States to insure that one philosophical based community does not attempt to dictate their ways to another. We must acknowledge God in all things -- and especially in the way that God gives all people Unalienable Rights to live their lives in accordance with their own choosing.

Part IV: The United States is not a Christian Nation -- nor was it supposed to be socialist or secular.

Secular Religion

Our Common Plight

In violation of the First Amendment, the United States has adopted a religious belief -- a self-evident ipso facto religion based upon Liberal Christian and Secular Humanist religious philosophy. At present, the implementation and practice of this secular ordained religion is inhibiting the free exercise of more genuine expressions and models of religion. The philosophical tenets of this religion is that (1) Man is not accountable to God's Law; (2) That the Laws of man supercede those of God; (3) And that man has the power and authority to define the limitations of freedom and liberty, as well as religion, in accordance with his own needs. In these United States today, a great number of people ignorantly subscribe to all or various parts of this secular religion -- a religion which provides an umbrella under which people ascribing to what appears to be the color and pretense of calling themselves Christian, Jewish and Muslim, exist in a counterfeit manner that is in truth government ordained religion. That others are forced to ascribe to these government religious beliefs, and worship at the altar of spiritual hypocrisy, while others are duped into their acceptance as being valid, is truly the gross suspension of all First Amendment Constitutional Rights!

In the previous article on the foundation of the Constitution (see Constitution), I demonstrated that our forefathers who understood the Laws of Nature and Nature's God, set up a form of government that was intended to evolve the thinking of the people into an understanding of man's Higher Reality -- a Reality that few people comprehend today because of the abrogation and nullification of Essential Constitutional Rights which were correctly declared to be God-Given and UnAlienable. In knowing the Laws of Nature and Nature's God, if the People of American had remained faithful to Constitutional Mandates, then ignorance, poverty, violence and dissension would not exist today. That we have violated the terms of our own Constitutional Charter, and have therefore brought suffering upon the People, is the reason why gross ignorance and folly reigns in place of Reason and Knowledge today.

In the article of Constitutional Foundation, I have portrayed the necessary Pattern of Mind that the framers of our Constitutional form of government knew must be embraced, if man's ultimate potential as the offspring of God is to be attained. I also demonstrated that our present-day movement towards socialism and social-democracy inhibits this Divine Pattern of Mind, and brings about the degeneration of mind that has enveloped our society today.

Secular Religious Belief: Man Is Not Accountable To God's Law: The government of these United States has adopted the (religious) belief that man is not accountable to God's Law. And while by Constitutional Mandate man must be permitted freedom from religion and what is presently referred to as Separation of Church and State, it is also true that religious people must be free from control by secularly ordained powers and inhibitors outside of the respective religions. In the article of the Constitution, I demonstrated that it was not only the Original Intent of our framers of government that for an enlightened nation to exist communities had to be self-governed in accordance with the religion or philosophy of that individual community, but that the right of freedom of association and choice to live in accordance with community-religious standards was considered a self-evident unalienable God-Given Right of all Americans. This UnAlienable Right includes, and is not limited to, the Right to elect politicians and representatives who affirm and maintain religious standards in accordance with each community -- the Absolute Right to educate one's children in accordance with their religious beliefs -- and the Absolute Right to live separate and detached from all influences that conflict with their religious beliefs and accepted community standards.

Modern secular, liberal Christian and Secular Humanist society, all endeavor to actively deny these Constitutional God-Given Rights that were declared UnAlienable. By using the counterfeit mantle of separation of church and state, modern government has continually sought to remove all references to God from every-day life -- has continually forced parents to send their children to government institutionalized schools that destroy the moral and religious foundation of the child -- has forced religious people to support programs that alienate them from the requirements of their respective religions and God -- and through the process of mental homogenization, has forced the People into a state of servitude and spiritual apostasy!

Educational Freedom: In a free state, the people must possess the right to educate their children in accordance with their respective religious beliefs. This Right is being denied most Americans today, because liberal Christianity is a mere tool of the modern Socialistic movement which is attempting to stamp out all moral and religious standards that have anything in common with genuine spiritual beliefs. From a Constitutional perspective, our modern secular system of public education which attempts to homogenize the thinking of the children -- often directly against the religious beliefs of the parents -- is simply UnConstitutional. While secular public education can remain a viable choice, it's present place as the only system open to those who can't afford to send their children to a private or parochial alternative, or homeschool their children, is simply intolerable from a Constitutional perspective. Moreover, that citizens are forced to financially support this secular homogenization of young children against their own religious beliefs, is in and of itself a denial of Constitutional Rights.

At present, our nations children are being indoctrinated into the total abandonment of all moral and spiritual values -- and religious people are being required to finance this abominable rejection of God and the Essence of our Constitution. Freedom requires the Absolute Right of Choice! If a parent desires to send their child to a government school, that is their right. But to force children to attend these secular ordained dens of immorality, and to force religious people to support these spiritually challenged environments as the only available free educational opportunity, is simply so sinful that it is an absolute denial of God and the Constitution!

The Religious Right To Refrain From Entrapment: Part of the Practice of Religion is the freedom not to engage in any activity that would deny one's religious beliefs either in action or by proxy through another, and thus alienate the People from their God. Which means that in order to remain in Constitutional compliance, the Federal Government must be limited to its required role of overseeing interstate commerce and the defense of the Nation (see Constitution). In much the same way, in order for that State Governments of remain in Constitutional compliance, its purpose is to oversee intercommunity commerce and interaction, and maintain peace and order within the respective State. All other rights must be determined by the local community and the people themselves.

The right of the practice of religion means that people are not required to either monetarily or in any other manner support beliefs or practices that are contrary to their own tenets of religious belief and structure. In the same way that the early Christians chose death rather than to worship the emperor, the majority of Christians today worship the emperor without so much as a second thought. And even those who call themselves Fundamentalists are often self-condemned, by virtue of their complacency to the entrapment of their fellow man by the forces of darkness. In the same way that a Quaker and other Christians who claim the right of conscience with respect to their refusal to make war on others, no one who calls themselves a follower of Yeshua/Jesus will even by proxy, permit others to make war on innocent children whether through the public school system -- the corrupt Family Court system -- or the murder of the unborn. Thus, when you embrace the ways of this world by virtue of even your compliance or silence, then you have by proxy worshiped the emperor, and will be held accountable for your denial of God!

Suicide Through Abortion Funding: While the Supreme Court has demonstrated that it has the power to declare a woman's right to kill her unborn fetus, the Court does not have the right to force religious people of conscience to support the murder of the unborn. Quoting NARAL which purports to be the pro-choice voice of America: "The promise of Roe v. Wade remains unfulfilled for many minority and low-income women who face problems accessing reproductive health services... The federal ban on Medicaid funding for abortion means low-income women often forgo necessities like food for their families to pay for abortions... Once again, your opposition to Miguel Estrada and Priscilla Owen paid off. So far, anti-choice legislators failed to muster the necessary votes to overcome opposition to nominees hostile to the right to choose. We owe much of that success to you. But Bush, Karl Rove and friends continue to try to bias the courts with anti-choice judicial nominees. This is a major factor in our mobilization efforts, and our new report documents the reasons to be concerned: our study showed that judges appointed by anti-choice Presidents are four times more likely to rule against a woman's right to choose than other judges... NARAL Pro-Choice America's mission is to develop and sustain a constituency that uses the political process to guarantee every woman the right to make personal decisions regarding the full range of reproductive choices, including preventing unintended pregnancy, bearing healthy children, and choosing legal abortion."

But what is being required in the above? It is one thing for the Court and government to defend a woman's right to choose -- even if that choice is her own spiritual death and demise. But quite another thing for the Court and government to require people of (religious/spiritual) conscience to condemn themselves to the same horrific fate! The genuine followers of Yeshua/Jesus can have absolutely no part in the death of the unborn! In the same way that the defense of the Germans at Nuremberg that they were only following orders was rejected by the court, so too will all people's defense that they were powerless to stop the American holocaust of the UnBorn. What Nuremberg confirms is that government does not have the right to absolve it's people from the crimes said government ordains, and that only active disobedience can absolve the people. That the government and courts of the United States have affirmed that it is in their view a woman's right to kill her child in the womb, in no way requires people of conscience to be complacent in this crime, and thereby have blood on their hands.

The Essence of TheWay

Yeshua/Jesus did not come to promote belief in the Messiah/Christ - neither did he come to promote the worship of Messiah/Christ - Yeshua/Jesus came to teach the people TheWay to become Messiah/Christ, and fulfill the vision of a Kingdom of Priests and a Holy Nation of Anointed (Messiah/Christ) Disciples who are set aside for the service of the Most High God that Yeshua taught was the Father of all of mankind. The path of TheWay could not be walked by many Jews because they were carnal in their perception of the Law (Torah), and could not use the Key of Knowledge to open the inner door to the Kingdom. In like manner, the majority of the Roman and Greek followers who were too Pagan to embrace the teachings of Yeshua, were not interested in a life of genuine change and spiritual transformation, so they made Jesus their God so they didn't have to pick up their own cross and follow in TheWay. Thus, the Church itself betrayed and crucified Messiah/Christ when it immersed itself in the way of the heathen, and worshiped the messenger instead of imitating the pattern and example that Yeshua set as the required standard for all those who called upon the name of the Lord. The Good News is that once you understand and are willing to live in accordance with the Original teachings of the New Covenant, the Promise is that you will Know the Truth for yourself as you are permitted entrance into the Kingdom within you (Lk 17:20-21).

The above warning with respect to the predicted corruption of Yeshua's teachings is further stated in the first century writings known today as the Clementine Recognitions where it is written: "Our Lord and Prophet, who hath sent us, declared to us that the wicked one, having disputed with Him forty days, and having prevailed nothing against Him, promised that he would send apostles from amongst his subjects, to deceive. Wherefore, above all, remember to shun apostle or teacher or prophet who does not first accurately compare his preaching with that of James, who was called the brother of my Lord, and to whom was entrusted to administer the church of the Hebrews in Jerusalem, — and that even though he come to you with witnesses: lest the wickedness which disputed forty days with the Lord, and prevailed nothing, should afterwards, like lightning falling from heaven upon the earth, send a preacher to your injury, as now he has sent Simon upon us, preaching, under pretense of the truth, in the name of the Lord, and sowing error. Wherefore He who hath sent us, said, ‘Many shall come to me in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. By their fruits ye shall know them.’"

Again it is warned by Clement: "Wherefore observe the greatest caution, that you believe no teacher, unless he bring from Jerusalem the testimonial of James the Lord’s brother, or of whosoever may come after him. For no one, unless he has gone up thither, and there has been approved as a fit and faithful teacher for preaching the word of Christ, — unless, I say, he brings a testimonial thence, is by any means to be received. But let neither prophet nor apostle be looked for by you at this time, besides us. For there is one true Prophet, whose words we twelve apostles preach"
